The Rechof winery in San Michele all’Adige was founded in 2021 by the Recchia family, driven by their desire to turn a passion for grape growing and sparkling wine production into a business. The winery focuses exclusively on high-quality sparkling wines, made from grapes sourced from vineyards in the Piana Rotaliana and Val di Non.

The label that best represents you? Our Trento Doc Brut Rosé, because it captures the best of both the plain and the hills.
What do you like to pair it with? A good asparagus risotto.

FRANCO RESS – CANTINA RESS
Viticulturists in San Michele all’Adige since the mid-1900s, this family, thanks to the experience of father Luigi and the training of his children, has recently focused its energies on producing Trentodoc in Brut, Rosé, and Riserva styles.
Why visit your winery? Because our winery was created as a refuge during the war and is carved into the rock.
What does making wine mean to you? Passion and love.
What inspired you to become a winemaker? The dream of creating something of our own and expressing our passion.
Your best harvest? Definitely 2021.
Your favorite grape variety? Certainly Chardonnay.
Your favorite spot in Piana Rotaliana Königsberg? The church of San Michele all’Adige and its village.

CARLO ROSSI – AZ. AGR. VILLA PICCOLA
Located in Faedo, the Rossi family farm was founded in 1991 out of a passion for viticulture and the Trentino territory. Aware of being a small-scale operation, it focuses on constant research in the vineyard and winery, always aiming for high-quality products.
Why visit your winery? Because we are a small winery and we have a beautiful view of the Königsberg castle.
Your favorite spot in Piana Rotaliana Königsberg? The Trentino Ethnographic Museum of San Michele all’Adige.
What does making wine mean to you? Quality, passion, and love for the land.

ANDREA LUCHETTA – AZ. AGR. BELLAVEDER
Overlooking the Adige Valley and the Piana Rotaliana, the winery is located above San Michele all’Adige on the Faedo cone, surrounded by vineyards in a unique and evocative landscape reflected in its elegant wines. In 2003, next to the 1780 farmhouse, a modern underground cellar was built, where technology serves craftsmanship.
Your favorite spot in Piana Rotaliana Königsberg? The old road from San Michele to Faedo.
What does making wine mean to you? Conveying the territory.
Your best harvest? The first one, when I was four, so 1989.
The label that best represents you? Our Sauvignon Faedi line, featuring a painting by my mother’s aunt.
What do you like to pair it with? In spring, with the white asparagus of Zambana.
Your winemaker’s motto? We put it on the label: land, light, art, and thought!
