An encounter between traditional method sparkling wines and signature regional cuisine. As part of the Trentodoc Festival, an evening dedicated to the excellence of Trentodoc Riserva and Trentino gourmet cuisine. Chef Fiorenzo Varesco and the Casa Fiorenzo team will guide guests through a culinary journey inspired by the Avisio Hills, with pairings designed to enhance each glass.
In the intimate setting of the maso, Trentodoc accompanies a seasonal tasting menu rooted in local tradition.
