We take you on a journey to discover the first Italian mountain whisky. To create it, we select barley and rye grown at high altitudes, in our Trentino region.
Visiting the distillery and stills, you understand the process of malting and preparing the mash, for a whisky of character and distinctive aroma.
In the aging rooms, feel the patient wait enclosed in each wooden barrel.
During the tasting, taste our first 4 labels, which tell of our love for the mountains and years of experience in the art of distillation.
If you are looking for an even more complete experience, the InQuota 360° Whisky Edition experience is also available, which includes a visit to the mash fermentation room, a workshop dedicated to the world of whiskey and the tasting of our 4 Whiskies in combination with local products.
