From Feral we open the doors of a place out of the box: here you will not find a cellar, but a fermentery where botany, research and experimentation meet to create fermented soft drinks inspired by the nature of the Dolomites.
During the visit we will guide you through perfumes, ingredients and production processes, telling you how unique recipes are made from vegetables, roots, spices and natural fermentations.
The experience continues with a complete tasting of the Feral collections, from n1 to n6, and the Unlabelled creations, the freest and most surprising experiments of the fermentery, accompanied by appetizers.
At the end, you receive a complimentary Feral bottle to take home with you.
