Our agricultural company "Zanini Luigi" is a small family business in Trentino, with a unique way of combining past and present in its wines, which will make you discover and experience.
You'll hear about the history of Teroldego Rotaliano, which began as early as 1480, and visit the winery to discover all the processes that lead to grapes becoming wine.
The visit will focus on the importance of the 5 key elements that we use for the production of our wines – water, steel, wood, cement and glass - thanks to Oscar's story and a touring tasting of 4 glasses associated with the different production techniques.
The culmination of the experience, of great emotion, consists of a visit to a real tank for winemaking and the discovery of its secrets, such as the "cappello sommerso" technique.
In closing, you will have the opportunity to personalise a bottle of wine and take it home as a souvenir of your experience.
