Casa Sally, located in the residential area of San Michele all'Adige, a stone's throw from the IVALSA CNR Institute for Bioeconomics, 400 metres from the Edmund Mach Foundation and the Agricultural Institute, has a flat on the first floor with a mansard roof and independent entrance, newly renovated and with fine furnishings, a large open-plan living room with kitchen equipped with all appliances, dining area and breakfast area, TV lounge area with fireplace, sofa bed and large panoramic window overlooking the Val di Cembra hillside with a view of vineyards and apple orchards. Two double bedrooms, one with double bed, the second with two sommier beds, all equipped with mattresses, pillows and memory foam toppers. Bathroom with whirlpool tub, study equipped for smart working, utility room with washing machine, shoe rack and everything you need for household cleaning. Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, crockery and cutlery, free Wi Fi, air conditioning, video surveillance camera, emergency lamps, indoor parking space, there are also free municipal parking spaces a few metres away. The house is completed by a garden for the exclusive use of the guests, divided into a relaxation area with deckchairs and a play area for children and four-legged friends.On arrival, guests will be welcomed with a bottle of local wine.
