Pleasant route, very busy in all seasons, which represents the main and shortest pedestrian access to Monte di Mezzocorona. It is also the first section of the long trail (marker 500) connecting Mezzocorona to Merano.
⚠️ WARNING! From March 19, 2025, until the end of works, the access to the trail from Via alla Grotta is closed. Follow the on-site signs for the alternative access route from Piazza della Chiesa via A. Manzoni > via Roma > via Adua.
