We have been growing "Qualità Trentino" Zambana White Asparagus in Nave San Rocco and Zambana since 1996.
In addition to fresh asparagus, we also offer sweet and sour asparagus and two delicious spreads, perfect for bringing home a taste of Trentino and enjoying the authentic flavour of asparagus in every season.
You will find us in April and May at the banquet along Via Nazionale in Lavis.
