Certified by the De.Co (Municipal Designation) brand, Zambana White Asparagus is grown in the municipality of Terre d 'Adige and is a completely white asparagus, which draws its peculiar characteristics - delicacy, tenderness, absence of fiber - from the particular conditions of the soil, the climate and the cultivation techniques.
For years, all activities have been carried out with biological and biodynamic methods and philosophies, to protect the environment and the final product.
