From great-grandfather Sebastiano to Guido, passing through Dario and arriving at Hermann, Guido, Marika, and for a few years Cristina, our company has become the reference point for meat and cured meats in Trentino. Troier is the custodian of the "norcina" tradition and offers quality products to restaurateurs, supermarkets and families. We are characterized by a competence and experience that have been formed in more than a hundredyears of activity.
At every stage of the production chain, we are committed to ensuring the sustainability and welfare of animals, which spend much of their lives on pasture.
Our laboratory is used for meat processing and the artisanal preparation of cured meats and supplies primarily the point of sale, but also the numerous restaurants, supermarkets, canteens and schools, which have chosen Troier quality assurance for their menus.
