Strolling through the village, you can glimpse traces of our history: noble residences like Palazzo Firmian and Palazzo Martini, archaeological sites, and medieval castles. If you look up, you'll see San Gottardo Castle, nestled into the mountainside.

As children, we were enchanted when we were told the legend of the Basilisk that lived there, how Count Firmian killed this mythical creature, and how the Teroldego grape variety was born from its blood.
