My name is Lorenza and Misù is my dream that has taken shape: a pastry shop out of the box, where every creation is a challenge between craftsmanship and unexpected combinations.
In my visible laboratory in Mezzolombardo I work with a few selected ingredients and I take care of the live sourdough every day to offer you great yeasts, sweet and savoury croissants and seasonal mignons that smell of aromatic herbs and refined spices.
Whether it is ice cream on a stick in summer, artisanal chocolate in winter or a tailored cake for your special moments, every proposal is also accessible to those with specific food needs.
