Our company was founded in 1981 by a chance meeting between two men who worked together at Hausbrandt Caffè. The relationship of trust, complicity and esteem was so mutual that they decided to create their own business in the world of coffee.
Today our roasting is a family business, rooted in traditions and prone to innovation.
Our mission is quality: an excellent raw material and skilful roasting.
Through our experience and expertise we are able to transform raw, green coffee beans into a fine blend with different types of coffee, always preserving the organoleptic quality of the raw material, which is carefully selected.
The choice of the Adler brand was born to recall the two realities of our region: Italian and German. The coat of arms of the city of Trento, the eagle, was thus used, but given the corresponding German name given the proximity of South Tyrol.
