In the heart of the Piana Rotaliana - Königsberg, in Roverè della Luna, the story of our family is born. Driven by a passion for quality, our family has been breeding and producing veal since 1970. Respect for animals and the environment, combined with control and management systems, guarantee a healthy, safe and high quality product that meets the demands of consumers of soft meat.
We only breed selected animals from stables in Trentino Alto Adige. Our stables comply with current European regulations that allow the most suitable environmental and healthy conditions for the animal and a healthy and natural growth of livestock.
We also have an internal production in Val di Fiemme with products that characterise the Trentino butchery: speck, bacon, coppa, guanciale, lucaniche, carna salada, carré, speck ham, würstel and many cuts of selected meats. Products that are also the basis of a gastronomic line made from rugù, goulasch, tripe and canederli, for tasty dishes to be made even at the last minute or for a thought to be sent comfortably to your home. All with a single secret: craftsmanship, knowledge and passion.
