The Elementi restaurant in Mezzocorona invites you to a gourmet experience with aperitifs among the vineyard rows. 6) AMADOC – PALAZZO MARTINI

The Pro Loco of Mezzocorona opens the gates of Palazzo Martini, a historic noble residence in the heart of the town, for an aperitif celebrating local excellence. Under the centuries-old oak tree, you can taste a fine selection of TrentoDoc sparkling wines from Rotaliana Königsberg producers, accompanied by music and a live DJ set. Alongside refined finger food, the evening also features gins from local distilleries—perfect for a gin & tonic alternative to bubbles. Admission is free, no booking required.
7) CALICI DI STELLE – “Goblets of Stars”
Friday, August 8 from 7:00 pm
Set in the vineyard of the Franciscan Convent of Mezzolombardo, Calici di Stelle combines the discovery of the night sky with the flavors of local food and wine. The evening features a tasting of 7 wines and grappas, accompanied by finger food and a risotto with Teroldego. Guests can also observe the planets with telescopes guided by experts from the Rovereto Civic Museum Foundation, and visit an exhibition of early 20th-century winemaking tools inside the Convent, organized in collaboration with the Trentino Ethnographic Museum of San Michele (METS).
