The holiday season is the perfect opportunity to indulge in some culinary pleasures. The restaurants of Rotaliana Königsberg invite you to discover their special festive menus:


Christmas Lunch (25 December)

Ristorante Elementi – Mezzocorona

Welcome from the kitchen
Accompanied by a glass of Trento DOC Siris Brut – Cantina Gaierhof

  • Buckwheat blinis with trout roe and sour cream

  • Belgian endive leaf with green apple and fresh goat cheese

  • Guinea fowl and chestnut bon bon

Starters

  • Raw and seared prawns, artichoke, pink grapefruit, toasted cashews and aromatic salad
    Paired with: AlpeRegis Brut – Cantine Rotari

  • Rabbit porchetta stuffed with plums, hunter-style jus and sweet root vegetables
    Paired with: Pinot Grigio – Maso Cantanghel 2024

First course

  • Egg yolk pasta ravioli filled with guinea fowl, reduced jus, lemon zest and thyme
    Paired with: Gewürztraminer – Cantina Terlan 2024

Main course

  • Mulard duck breast with chestnut honey, red cabbage and orange reduction
    Paired with: Teroldego Ulzbach – Cantina de Vescovi Ulzbach 2023

Dessert

  • Pistachio namelaka, mandarin gel and panettone ice cream

  • Artisan panettone served with custard cream

  • Carnaroli risotto with Teroldego Rotaliano IGP and late Treviso radicchio, creamed with Casolet Val di Sole

Main course

  • Rabbit loin stuffed with lucanica sausage, wrapped in pancetta, served with mountain potato purée and sweet-and-sour vegetables

Dessert

  • Rose cake with homemade cream ice cream and zabaglione sauce
