"The game of perfumes" tasting
A sensory journey between aromas and wine: after visiting the barrel cellar, taste 4 wines and pair them with 5 essences, including an intruder. Train your sense of smell, play with perfumes and discover wine in an original and entertaining way. Conclude with a gourmet pairing, if desired.
"Vertical of Clesurae" tasting
Savour the Teroldego Rotaliano in its noblest expression: the Clesurae. A guided tasting of three historic vintages (2014, 2015, 2016), combined with Trentingrana aged for 18, 24 and 36 months. A journey through time, through the elegance, structure and identity of the territory.
"Perlage time" tasting
A journey through the bubbles and silences of the cellar: discover the secrets of the Classic Method with a guided tour of the cellar and taste three of our most representative cuvées, accompanied by a small entrè to enhance the freshness and elegance of the mountain bubbles. An experience dedicated to those who appreciate patience, waiting and finesse.
Visit to the barrel cellar
A guided tour inside our winery to experience the essence of time that transforms wine. The visit ends with a tasting of Teroldego Rotaliano Superiore Riserva accompanied by a small entrè food (duration 0.5 h)
Visit to the vineyard
An immersion in the slow rhythms of nature, among the rows of the vineyard enclosed in the ancient walls of the Convent of the Franciscan Friars of Mezzolombardo. The experience ends in our Wine Shop with a guided tasting of three wines: R Extra Brut, Müller Thurgau and Teroldego Rotaliano Superiore Riserva, accompanied by a small entréed food (duration 2 hours).
