In addition to grapes, we have always grown apples.
Our favorite variety is the Red Delicious: easily recognisable by its shiny red skin and five-pointed base, with crisp, mildly tart flesh.
We also grow Golden Delicious, Gala, Granny Smith, Fuji, Morgenduft, and Braeburn.
By following Integrated Production guidelines, we ensure certified PGI “Mele del Trentino” apples, a true expression of our land.
Beyond fresh fruit, some of our producers have specialised in making natural apple juices, crunchy apple chips, and persecche (dried fruit) in delicious versions – even dipped in chocolate.
