We are a team of botanists, scientists, sommeliers. We share a love of nature, experimentation and creativity: "Feral" means free, wild.
We produce fermented soft drinks using humble and forgotten ingredients such as beets. We ferment and macerate their juice with spices, roots and woods, obtaining an organic, vegan and ideal drink to combine with any dish. We are the first to do so, which is why we have patented it.
