Chardonnay

Originally from Burgundy, it has found in the mountain foothills an environment that gives it freshness and elegance, with fruity aromas reminiscent of Golden apples.
It is the most commonly used base for Trentodoc Classic Method sparkling wine. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs well with light appetizers, seafood, and soups.
